Lasagna Rollups...yum!

I found another recipe to try... a smaller version of lasagna!

I tried two new recipes today, and they both turned out great!

The first one, chicken enchilada soup:

The second one is a Valentine's Day treat for our home teachees/visting teachees and us of course.
Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

 All you need is a white cake mix, crystal light mixes in the pink lemonade flavor, pink food coloring and butter cream frosting. Mix in two packets of crystal light with the cake batter along with some food coloring to make it a vibrant pink. Mix in one packet of crystal light with the butter cream frosting and more food coloring.
